Description
A shredder-cum-pulverizer with a blower is a dual-purpose machine designed to process bulky materials into fine, smaller particles and then efficiently discharge them. It is often used for processing agricultural waste, such as coconut fronds and other plant residues, to create mulch or organic manure.
How it works
This machine processes material in two stages and uses a blower for final discharge:
Shredding: The initial stage uses heavy-duty cutting blades to chop bulky material into smaller, more manageable pieces.
Pulverizing: The shredded material is then fed into a separate section with smaller, faster-moving hammers or blades. This further grinds the material into a fine, powdery consistency.
Blowing/Discharge: Once the material is finely pulverized, a built-in blower or fan uses air pressure to expel the final product out of the machine through a discharge chute.
